It is formulated from 2,000,000 SHUs of unrefined pepper, and the effects may persist for up to 45 minutes without causing any lasting harm. A UV-identifying dye is included to assist in the identification of an aggressor. Upon application, this Pepper Gel adheres to the assailant.
