Receive Instructions: We’ll send you further instructions, including your RMA number and the return address.

Return Shipping: Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels.

Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund or exchange per our return policy.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, an RMA number must be obtained. We provide a 30-day period during which items can be returned for either a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for the transaction, except for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For exchanges, shipping fees will be incurred in both directions, unless the exchange is for an item of lesser value, in which case a refund for the price difference will be issued.

Please ensure that all original packaging, instructions, and accessories are included with the return. Items that are returned without all components will be processed as exchanges. We are unable to accept returns for items that are incomplete or lack necessary accessories, such as chargers or adapters.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Special Return Policies

*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY for TASER Devices and Accessories:

All returns for TASER devices and accessories will incur a mandatory 20% restocking fee, in addition to the shipping costs from the original order (this applies even if the initial shipping was complimentary; the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund). Only unregistered, unopened, and sealed TASER devices and accessories will be accepted for return. We will confirm with TASER whether the product has been registered; if it has, the return will be denied. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, registered, or used. Once the TASER product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, excluding the restocking fee and original shipping costs. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be initiated.

In the event of shipping damage or a manufacturer defect upon receipt of the TASER product, we will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost.

*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY for Hidden Cameras and Surveillance Products:

Given the specific nature of these products, we will permit returns for exchanges of equal or greater value only if initiated within 3 days of receiving your order, should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase.

All return requests must receive authorization from TBO-TECH before the return of any product(s). Should TBO-TECH authorize a refund (on a case-by-case basis), a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee will be applied, along with the shipping costs incurred to deliver your order.
